Job Description
  • Responsible for overseeing a team of LoB Practice Leaders, in Data, Automation, Applications, and ensuring the successful implementation and management of digital solutions within an organization.
  • Collaborates with LoB Practice Leaders to align digital initiatives with business goals and ensure seamless integration across practices
  • Lead and manage a team of LoB Practice Leaders, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and effective performance
  • Collaborate with the Head of Technical Delivery to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, enhances customer experiences, and drives business growth
  • Partner with LoB Practice Leaders to identify digital opportunities and challenges within their respective areas, develop action plans, and ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across practices
  • Identify and evaluate digital solutions, technologies, and vendors that align with the organization's strategic objectives and business needs. Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments for proposed solutions
  • Provide oversight and guidance to LoB Practice Leaders on the planning, execution, and management of digital initiatives. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams, to understand business requirements, gather feedback, and drive consensus on digital solution priorities and roadmaps
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and impact of digital solutions. Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize the use of digital technologies
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to promote the adoption and acceptance of digital solutions across the organization
  • Provide guidance and support to LoB Practice Leaders in managing change within their practices
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with digital initiatives, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
  • Manage relationships with digital solution vendors, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration and effective communication among LoB Practice Leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and successful implementation of digital solutions
  • Review/Compile the compliance Matrix to demonstrate the proposed solution based on the team capabilities
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs for LoB Practice Leaders to enhance their digital literacy and promote effective use of digital solutions.
  • Mentor and provide advice and guidance to team members on best practice.
  • Supervise, review, and approve the development of functional specifications related to the proposed applications and obtains the client alignment.
  • Act as the technical expert on the project and resolve any issues if raised.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis, and proactively apply relevant knowledge to improve the practice.
  • Review all the TO BE processes and applications requirement deliverables developed by the Software Architect to ensure technical soundness, adherence to the project scope and meeting the customer expectations

  • Good Demonstrated technical leadership
Technical Skills-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Computer Science or Engineering
-A minimum of 15 years of total experience
-Good experience in Data, Automation and ApplicationsEducationB.Sc. of Engineering, Computer Science
