
Software Project Manager

- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle of technical initiatives across our engineering and product teams.
- Manage schedules, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Drive project communication across global teams, ensuring transparency with stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate Agile and hybrid project management practices, helping teams continuously improve delivery cadence and quality.
- Act as a trusted partner to engineering management, helping to scope projects, set priorities, and ensure alignment to strategic goals.
- Support infrastructure and technology rollouts by coordinating with IT, vendor partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Produce executive-level reporting and documentation, including roadmaps, retrospectives, and dashboards.
- Mentor junior project managers or coordinate efforts across multiple project managers as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; MS or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in practicing Agile methodologies. Good understanding and experience practicing of Agile Frameworks Scrum, Kanban, etc.. is a plus.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across global time zones.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and standard project management tools.
- Strong understanding of SDLC principles.
- Comfortable working under ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse cultures and teams.
- Strong ability to identify risks, blockers, dependencies between teams and collaboratively work with the different stakeholders to navigate through them.
- Experience in the media, entertainment, or digital content distribution industries.
- Familiarity with software QA, infrastructure, DevOps, or IT operations.
- Experience coaching teams on Agile best practices.
