- Manage partnership activities with tourism boards, including conducting research and data analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of partnership proposals and presentations.
- Collect, process, and analyse partnership-related data for accurate reporting.
- Organize and maintain all partnership documentation and files.
- Prepare reports and presentations that summarize partnership activities and campaign performance.
- Support the execution of partnership-related events and ensure smooth coordination.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and other departments to meet partnership objectives.
- Support campaign management during high-demand periods or team member absences.
- Handle all client data requests promptly and ensure thorough communication with clients.
- 4-5 years of work experience in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
- A degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Strong analytical and research skills to interpret and report on campaign data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work extra hours and adjust to different time zones based on client needs.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
