- Manage the day-to-day operations of the legal department & provide legal guidance to GS teams
- Be the focal point between Global solutions and other Operating Company legal functions
- Support the Tech team with the upcoming projects
- Manage the new legal digital projects (CMP and Shared folders)
- Develop company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance across all functions.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and records management
- An analytical mind able to manage the complexities of procedures and regulations
- proven experience as legal and compliance professional
- Working on tech mega projects
- In-depth knowledge of corporate procedures and structure
- Well adept and acquainted with legal drafting, review and negotiation
- Identifying the needed are of development for the legal function needs
