- Conduct thorough research to identify key external events that align with Integrant’s marketing and sales strategies, including conferences, workshops, and trade shows.
- Develop an annual event strategy, recommending opportunities for attendance, sponsorship, speaking engagements, networking, and deepening relationships with customers and prospects to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align event participation with business goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to external engagement.
- Plan and execute impactful external events, managing all aspects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet our standards for quality and effectiveness.
- Innovate and manage a customer appreciation program, leveraging holidays and special occasions to strengthen relationships with our community through thoughtful gestures.
- Utilize metrics to assess the effectiveness of our event strategy and individual events. Collect feedback to continuously refine our approach and enhance ROI.
- Identify potential event risks and develop comprehensive contingency plans to mitigate impact, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all participants.
- Foster a vibrant sense of community among event attendees and within our broader customer base. Design events and initiatives that encourage participation, dialogue, and a deeper connection with Integrant.
- Craft targeted marketing plans to promote external events, collaborating with our marketing team specialists to utilize a mix of digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
- Secure partnerships with vendors and venues, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring high-quality services that contribute to the success of each event.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven track record in strategic event planning, with experience researching and evaluating event opportunities for a business.
- Strong project management skills, capable of leading multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical abilities for performance measurement and risk assessment.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales strategies, with the ability to align event participation to business objectives.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships within the industry and community.
