NOK Human Capital is hiring "Senior Payroll & Personnel Specialist"Job Responsibilities:- Prepare Data Base, HRIS, personnel duties & employee files.- Handle all labor office issues, all social & medical insurance issues and all resignation procedures.- Collect daily, weekly or monthly time-sheets.- Prepare employees compensation by the end of each month- Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees.- Ensure wages and tax with holdings comply with regulations.- Enter new employees data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.- Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions.Job Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in Payroll & Personnel- Advanced English Language- Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software system.- Good knowledge of labor legislation.- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.- HR Diploma or certificate is an asset- BPO industry is preferred.If you match the above criteria, send your CV to resume@nokhc.net mentioning the title in the subject line
