- Identify and Qualify Leads. Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels to generate sales leads.
- Build and Maintain Relationships. Establish and foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Nurture Opportunities. Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge. Stay up-to-date with the products and services offered by our portfolio companies to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.
- Sales Pipeline Management. Manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaboration. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and conversion rates.
- Meeting Targets. Meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a natural knack for sales and a drive for excellence.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Fluent in English.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software for lead tracking and sales pipeline management.
- Familiarity with the tech startup ecosystem and venture capital industry.
