- Responsible for effectively managing campaigns spend across biddable media platforms by implementing bid and budget strategies including ownership and delivery of required reports as per the agency standards
- Manage client relationships and provide timely communications to clients for campaign management, optimization, results, key takeaways, and reporting.
- Work closely with clients as well as the digital teams to determine business needs and identify areas of opportunity to increase account growth and revenue
- Act as senior client lead for clients assigned to this role
- Format reports and provide top-line insights for on-going reports and post-buy analysis
- Understand metrics and KPIs of account and continually suggest strategies to improve campaigns performance
- Develop knowledge of client’s business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
- Formulate and execute programmatic media strategies
- Demonstrates measurable success against an agreed set of KPIs such as client profitability
- Oversight and direction of other team members
- Provide direction to Account Managers when assigning tasks
- Assist in training other employees on best practices and processes
- Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration
- Adept at communicating effectively across all levels
- Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently
- 5+ years of relevant paid media experience
- Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform GMP stack (Search 360, Display 360, Video 360, Analytics 360, etc..)
- Digital Strategy experience within digital agencies and/or client-side digital roles are both welcomed
- Prior experience leading a team
- Strong client-facing communication & presentation skills
