TasksDealer Operative Planning and Target SettingDealer Operative Planning and Target Setting
  • Support monthly, quarterly and annual retail targets with assigned dealer and MBEgypt Sales & Marketing Management.
Define / Coordinate Sales & Marketing measures to achieve targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly).Monthly performance monitoring of effectiveness of actions and counter-steering.Dealer ManagementResponsibility of all sales related targets are achieved through cooperative development and executing of strategic & operational plans with assigned dealers / branches.Ensure alignment at Dealer level between Sales (Retail, Corporate, Used Cars), Sales Operation & Marketing.Analysis of Sales Funnel and market data with the Dealer to establish necessary Sales, Marketing and/or Training requirements. This coincides with CSI performance and improvement management.In cooperation with the Dealer, completion and quarterly updates to assigned individual Business Plan along with dealer specific targets.Volume Planning, Order Management and SteeringAlignment of monthly sales and production planning for assigned dealer to ensure optimum stock levels at all times.Responsibility to ensure the Dealer agrees and submits the monthly reports (Sales Funnel, CPO, Trend, Order Bank) in a timely manner.Support Dealers in short, mid and long-term planning given product launches.Reporting, Analysis and Communication:Management and ownership of Weekly Forecast submission of assigned dealer. * Review of monthly CSI performance & mystery shopping data in relation to ongoing Action Plan topics aligned with dealer / branchAdministrative tasks:Formulation and lead in management visits and quarterly steering meetings.Timely communication of dealer analysis and reports to Management.Completion of all Compliance and Integrity training, along with timely handling of the escalation process of Compliance and Integrity related topics.QualificationsEducational Background
  • Graduate / Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration, or similar, in combination with extensive automotive retail experience.
Technical knowledge
  • Familiar with Sales/ Lead Management Systems, along with Product and Planning processes at Retail and/or Wholesale Level.
Soft skills/individual competenceExperience at Management Level in a Sales Environment at either a manufacturer or Dealer Level. Merecedes-Benz Background is an advantage.Strong Negotiation and Influencing Skills on a Senior Management Level are a must.Microsoft Office knowledge especially MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook.Arabic & English is a must.
