  • Troubleshoot and provide first support for network problems.
  • Configure and install network printers and troubleshoot their problems.
  • Install new software and upgrade PC hardware when needed.
  • Troubleshoot and handle hardware, software and PC's problems.
  • Know the problem that related to software or hardware and troubleshoot to solve it for any user and create the IT environment for the user just joining the company.
Requirements
  • +5 Years of Experience in IT Helpdesk
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
  • CCNA preferred Experience
  • Microsoft \ VMware \ Red hat certificates
  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • CompTIA Network+ (N+) Certification
