- Lead the planning and execution of strategic tooling and dies maintenance.
- Develop and evaluate engineering plans for the manufacture of jigs, dies, and fixtures.
- Ensure timely manufacturing of new dies and availability for production schedules.
- Manage the development and delivery of new tooling solutions in alignment with production needs.
- Utilize modern techniques in the design and production of sheet metal dies and die-cast molds.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements across the tooling function.
- Implement innovative practices for better performance, cost-efficiency, and quality standards.
- Oversee preventive maintenance plans for all dies and jigs.
- Maintain accurate timelines for tool readiness and project milestones.
- Handle technical communication and coordination with international suppliers.
- Decision Quality: Makes timely, sound decisions even under pressure.
- Collaboration: Works cross-functionally to ensure goals are met with shared success.
- Communication: Delivers clear, concise, and audience-tailored messaging.

- Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (Production & Design specialization).
- Experience: 3–6 years in a similar role within industrial manufacturing.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong background in tooling, sheet metal dies, die-casting, and material selection.
