- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date BambooHR records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Execute and Support in overseeing data entry, audits, and regular updates in HRIS to guarantee data integrity.
- Ensure line managers and employees update bamboo on a regular basis, ie induction/probation reviews
- Prepare and distribute employee contractual paperwork in line with Egyptian Social Insurance and labor law.
- Issuance of all on-boarding paperwork, inc. Job descriptions and on boarding trainings
- Addition and deletion of new joiners on BambooHR, payroll and medical insurance
- Coordinate relocation for new joiners where necessary partnering with the HR Operations Manager
- Collaborate with benefits providers to effectively administer all types of employee benefit programs.
- Assist employees with benefit inquiries and facilitate their enrolment processes.
- Provides guidance to managers regarding HR practices
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and help resolve work-related problems
- Provide current employees with information about policies, salaries, benefits, etc
- Provide HR Representation, support, and guidance during the PIP cycle and performance management issues, inc. disciplinary or information job chats/continuous conversations.
- Partner with Line Managers throughout the probation period, ensuring job chats are conducted on time throughout the duration of the probation
- Execute exit interviews and initiate required offboarding process, conduct exit interviews, and support in reporting and analysing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with exit procedures and legal requirements.
- Offboard in conjunction and collaboration with Facility, IT & Finance stakeholders
- Graduate Degree of diploma in HR (Optional)
- 3 – 5 years’ of experience in HR function
- Administrative experience in medium to large company
- Strong Knowledge of HR systems and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with the Egyptian Social Insurance and Labor Laws
- Exceptional time keeping and planning skills
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills to work with all levels of seniority internally & externally
- Excellent coordination and organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise work requirements
