Job Description :Are you passionate about social media and advertising? Do you have a knack for understanding consumer behaviour and driving targeted ad campaigns? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a social media & Media Buyer. AS a social media & Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing highly effective social media marketing strategies.manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels, create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
  • Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and develop audience segmentation strategies
  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and insights for continuous optimization
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content that resonates with the target audience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media advertising
  • Monitor industry competitors' advertising strategies and adjust our approach accordingly
  • Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies for media buying purposes
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns
Requirements
  • Prior experience working as a social media & Media Buyer or in a similar role
  • ​Demonstrated expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) and ability to interpret data effectively
  • A creative mindset with strong copywriting skills to craft compelling ad content
  • Analytical skills to analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
