- Supports Sales by managing the complete quotation process with global carriers to provide timely, optimal quotes.
- Processes manual quotes for access within the set KPIs. Analyze the reasons for delay and work towards the improvements with the Telco Buyers and PMO.
- Manages carrier relations, analyses observed costs in order to enhance market knowledge, and prepares negotiations with suppliers
- Support buyers in cost monitoring related to the gap between pre-sales / post-sales (TCO Variance)
- Manages Escalation with Carriers, along with Telco Buyers
- Supports Telco Buyers with quotation tools issues, Invoices, Contracts, etc. and contributes to tool enhancement projects
- Project management skills
- Experience in a telecom procurement environment or similar experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of telecom technologies and market trends
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English both Spoken and Written
- Industry certifications (CCNA, PMI, CSM...)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- French/Spanish/German Languages
