IT Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

• Develop and deliver business intelligence solutions that support all departments across the organization, including Commercial, Operations, Finance, HR, and other functions.
• This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making by transforming business requirements into insightful, reliable, and actionable analytics using best-in-class BI tools and data practices.
• Ensure the timely and quality delivery of BI projects and change requests, while maintaining data accuracy, performance, and usability.
• The role also contributes to the overall maturity of the company's data analytics capabilities by promoting standardization, governance, and user empowerment.
• Work with management, users and external partners gathering requirements closely, provide status update and build relationships
• Create and maintain rich interactive dashboards using data visualization techniques via data interpretation and data analysis integration various reporting components from multiple data sources.
• Identify trends and opportunities for organizational efficiency and growth through analysis of our sophisticated data sets.
• Create best-practice report functionality based on historical and live data sets, data mining, analysis, and visualization
• Elicit, document, and analyze reporting needs and requirements.
• Analyze data and reporting solutions to understand business impact, correlations/discrepancies, and to propose changes/alternate solutions.
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration to ERP system, and external data sources, whereby selecting an appropriate combination of data models, methods, and tools.
• Provide technical documentation on the recommendation made and on the modification to existing reports due to the new user requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles.
• Experience delivering BI solutions for multiple business domains (e.g., Commercial, Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain).
• Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, EWM, Data warehousing), especially SAP or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in BI project delivery, from requirement gathering through to deployment and training.

• Strong skills in Power BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and data transformation logic
• Experience with data modeling, star/snowflake schema, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration, and working with data engineers
