Overseeing and directing the team, and being in charge of developing and maintaining the designers’ and animators’ skills while guiding/coaching them.
Assigning team members to their daily tasks, solving any problems that appear during the day, and managing quality and productivity.
Taking initiatives to uplift and improve the quality of our current clients’ creative output, and handling potential pitches by working on new art concepts/directions, giving the opportunity to all team members to be part of that.
Developing presentation styles and techniques and training the team on them.
Ensuring the team adheres to current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proposing and creating processes and tools to support design operations.
Developing creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team.
Overseeing presentation of final concepts and coordinating production and dissemination for cross-organizational use.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Fine Art, Graphic Design, or a similar discipline.
5+ years of proven work experience in the same role.
Solid knowledge of photography and video production.
Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and 2D.
