
Electrical technical leader

- Experience in control room construction and utility infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, HSE compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in electrical engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity on utility or smart grid projects.
- Proven experience working with or coordinating with customer or similar utility clients.
- Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, protection coordination.
- Hands-on experience with RTUs, RMUs, MV Swtgear, and substation automation systems.
- Fluent in English and Urdu; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
