Job Description:What will you do?The Electrical Technical Leader will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and integration of all electrical systems within other domains Project. This includes oversight of MV and LV systems, protection schemes, RTUs, RMUs, MV Switchgear and coordination with customer and other stakeholders. The role requires deep technical expertise, leadership, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery of all electrical components in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and utility requirements.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership & Oversight· Lead the design review, implementation, and integration of all electrical systems including:· Medium Voltage (MV) distribution (11kV/22kV) & Protection relays and schemes· Low Voltage (LV) systems· Smart RMUs (SRMUs)· Remote Terminal Units· Grounding and lightning protection systems· Electrical panels, cabling, and switchgear· Ensure all electrical works are executed in accordance with IEC standards, specifications, and local regulations.Quality, Safety & Compliance· Oversee QA/QC processes for electrical installations and ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.· Conduct technical audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure quality and performance.· Support testing and commissioning (T&C) of electrical systems and resolve technical issues during field execution.Documentation & Reporting· Review and approve electrical design packages, shop drawings, and method statements, etc..· Maintain accurate technical documentation including red-line drawings, test reports, and as-built records.· Provide regular updates to the Technical Director on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.Team Leadership· Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and coordination workshops with internal and external stakeholders.What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

Experience in control room construction and utility infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, HSE compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in electrical engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity on utility or smart grid projects.
Proven experience working with or coordinating with customer or similar utility clients.
Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, protection coordination.
Hands-on experience with RTUs, RMUs, MV Swtgear, and substation automation systems.
Fluent in English and Urdu; additional regional languages are a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
