- Perform specialized market research to identify suitable leads and generate high leads;
- Develop an effective understanding of the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of Communicare services;
- Formulate sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets;
- Study Translation Agencies market, including company demographics to classify agencies and identify best suitable targets;
- Search for potential customers and approach them through various channels (Email, Cold Calls, LinkedIn, and other social media);
- Track all stages of the sales process from identification of leads, making prospecting calls, follow-up calls, and emails to obtain commitments with potential clients;
- Educate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process, including Communicare rates, services, work methodology and advantages Promote our services to potential clients;
- Assess and prepare periodical reports about status of potential clients, highlighting their needs and possible new ways for conversion to clients;
- Arrange periodical follow-up calls/emails with potential clients to identify their needs;
- Deal with prospect questions and objections;
- Track lead generation operations and discuss targets with the board.
- Excellent to Fluent English skills, with a flair for communication and persuasion.
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, or a combination of B2B and English call center experience.
- Previous experience in the localization industry is a definite plus, but not a requirement.
- Outspoken personality with a natural ability to engage and connect with others.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
