- Implement best practices and tools to automate and optimize sales operations.
- Develop sales forecasting and planning processes, providing input based on data analysis and market insights.
- Ensure alignment between sales and different teams to maximize effectiveness.
- Make recommendations for improving sales performance based on data-driven insights.
- Serve as a liaison between sales and other functional areas to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and methodologies to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience (+2 years) in business analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
