- Develop and lead B.TECH’s employee voice strategy, ensuring all employees are heard through surveys, focus groups, and listening initiatives.
- Implement and oversee engagement tools, using analytics to provide actionable insights to leaders.
- Collaborate with business leaders to design and track engagement action plans based on data-driven insights.
- Drive the Values embedding initiative across all organizational levels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Design and monitor engagement metrics, sharing progress and recommendations with leadership.
- Develop and implement programs to foster a high-performance culture while driving inclusion and alignment initiatives.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery of all engagement-related projects.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or employee engagement.
- Expertise in employee voice strategies, data analytics, and strategic alignment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence change.
