The Lead will lead the function, collaborate with leadership, and oversee the effective use of engagement tools and feedback mechanisms to strengthen organizational alignment and performance.

Develop and lead B.TECH’s employee voice strategy, ensuring all employees are heard through surveys, focus groups, and listening initiatives.
Implement and oversee engagement tools, using analytics to provide actionable insights to leaders.
Collaborate with business leaders to design and track engagement action plans based on data-driven insights.
Drive the Values embedding initiative across all organizational levels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Design and monitor engagement metrics, sharing progress and recommendations with leadership.
Develop and implement programs to foster a high-performance culture while driving inclusion and alignment initiatives.
Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery of all engagement-related projects.

4-6 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or employee engagement.
Expertise in employee voice strategies, data analytics, and strategic alignment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence change.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
