- Develop and maintain a competitive salary structure that rewards performance, attracts top talent, and supports the company's pay equity goals.
- Conduct regular salary mapping exercises to ensure that compensation levels are competitive and fair across all job levels and functions.
- Prepare and manage the compensation budget, ensuring that it aligns with the company's financial goals and strategic objectives.
- Monitor budget performance throughout the year and identify opportunities for cost savings or reallocation.
- Conduct comprehensive job analysis and evaluation to determine the relative value of various positions within the organization.
- Regularly review and update job descriptions to reflect changes in job responsibilities and requirements.
- Review job offers to ensure alignment with the company's compensation policies, budget constraints, and market rates.
- Develop and administer a comprehensive benefits package that meets the needs of the company's employees and aligns with industry best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 7-8 years experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- In-depth knowledge of building compensation packages, wage structures and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.
- Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
- Demonstrated experience in building competitive benefits packages.
