- Drive the end-to-end, and acquisition processes
- Identify, research, and make a report containing all information about potential and pharmacies' selling procedures.
- Develop and maintain pharmacy relationships
- Coordinate with the Business head to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with pharmacies and communicate legal team.
- Monitor partnership operations to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Make and give presentations to prospective pharmacies and internal executives
- Implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Scan the network of pharmacies to ensure that it covers all of the service areas planned, and then deal with pharmacies in those locations.
- Work with the Business head to create rate proposals
- Monitor the workflow between the operations team and the pharmacies To handle any concerns with pharmacies.
- Conduct ongoing market research
- 2+ years of experience working in a business development role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Basic knowledge of business, marketing, or any relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Skilled and quick with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Agility and flexibility that fit the startup culture
- A good command of business English
