
Rail Systems Team Leader

- Follow up on technical objectives related to the quality and efficiency of the maintenance activities
- Make and follow up annual maintenance plan.
- Conduct investigations into failures and ensure implementation of recommendations.
- Review and approve technical documentation (Operating mods, chick lists, technical proposals).
- Manage staff and maintenance of the transit systems with respect to safety, quality, and technical issues.
- Ensure all environmental and safety rules are respected and alert Executive Maintenance of any environmental or safety issue.
- Ensure maintenance plan is executed effectively and equipment is running as required. Adhere to continuous improvement principles.
- Ensure minimum levels of equipment downtime including timely and effective response to breakdowns.
- Ensure that all agreed routine plant checks and testing are carried out to the specified frequencies and in accordance with the maintenance plan.
- Analyze and rectify equipment defects in a timely manner to avoid downtimes.
- Conduct analysis on obsolescence treatment and propose renewal.
- Interviewing and selecting technical candidates for the open vacancies in the department.

- At least 7 years’ relevant experience in infrastructure maintenance environment.
- Rail or Metro Experience is plus.
- Fluent in Arabic & English Language.
