- Proactively engage with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, and other stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment with Axios' mission and values.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to capture stakeholder insights, concerns, and suggestions, leveraging this feedback to continuously improve Axios' services and offerings.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and loyalty, including personalized communication approaches tailored to each stakeholder group.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, conferences, and events to facilitate networking opportunities and promote collaboration between Axios and its stakeholders.
- Conduct regular stakeholder surveys and assessments to measure satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement, implementing action plans accordingly.
- Manage the development and distribution of promotional materials, educational resources, and training materials in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Facilitate the enrollment process for eligible patients in Axios' programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and program guidelines.
- Generate and analyze reports on program performance, patient outcomes, and quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Axios' databases and information systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of Axios' offices, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitive threats, and business opportunities within the healthcare industry, conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare organizations, industry associations, and government agencies, to expand Axios' reach and influence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and product offerings that address the evolving needs of Axios' target markets.
- Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for potential clients and partners, showcasing Axios' value proposition and differentiation.
- Monitor industry regulations and policy changes that may impact Axios' business operations, providing strategic guidance and advocacy as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Axios' programs, services, and industry trends, providing training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in areas relevant to business excellence, administrative duties, and business development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify process improvements and efficiency gains, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within Axios.
- Represent Axios at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and foster connections with potential partners and clients.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in business excellence, administrative management, and business development, applying insights to drive Axios' growth and success.
- Supervise and work closely with the team in the region.
- Work with project team leaders as well as the related divisions of Axios.

- At least 2-5 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector is ideal.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English

- Experience in data monitoring and management is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating and handling logistics/supply chain is a plus.
- Experience in communication service management.
- In lieu of working experience, a demonstrated passion for philanthropy through volunteer involvement is also a plus.
- The position is based in our regional office, and it requires frequent travel to hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities and partners that may be outside your designated region.
- Flexibility in ability to travel as well as working hours is essential.
